How does the application process work?
We get back to all qualified candidates within 14 business days of applying. The selection process includes 2 video interviews, psychometric testing, reference, and background checks.
Is there a fee for applicants to join Worldwide101?
Absolutely not! You will never be asked to pay any fees to apply for a position at Worldwide101 and you will never pay any fees once you are accepted as part of our team.
Will I hear back from you if my application is not successful?
We really appreciate each and every application and we'd love to thank everyone personally, but unfortunately we get hundreds of applications each week and it is not possible for our small HR team to contact everyone. Rest assured that if we believe you are a qualified candidate we will contact you and invite you to interview.
How many hours a week can I work?
Our team works a maximum of 25 hours a week. We’ll assign you with clients whose requirements match your availability.
How much will I get paid?
Our team earns between $20 and $22/hour depending on skills, experience, and seniority.
Why are you only hiring in certain states if the job is remote?
Even though the job is remote, it is still performed where you are physically located and as an employer we have to pay taxes and insurance on your behalf in that state. Either your domicile address (as a military spouse covered by MSRRA) or your current residence must be in one of Worldwide101's hiring states for us to hire you.
I already have a job. Can I work for Worldwide101 for just a few hours a week?
We only accept candidates who are available daily during business hours, and who are able to dedicate at least 20hrs/week to work with Worldwide101.
What do I need to qualify as a Worldwide101 Team Member?
We look for candidates with at least 7+ years of professional corporate experience, a proven track record in the job that you are applying for, and impeccable references.
Do you train your team?
Worldwide101 does not provide direct training since you are expected to already possess the requisite skills. However when you start with us, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in our orientation program which includes information about what to expect, how to prepare to get started with a client, and offers tips on how to succeed. You’ll also get access to our intranet with useful advice, and videos.
What’s the company culture like?
We foster long-term partnerships, open communication, and transparency with our team. We have a “virtual” open door policy, which means that everyone has access to our CEO’s email address, and Skype, and is encouraged to speak up, and connect with her directly, no matter what the issue. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling career, and we are dedicated to making that happen for our team.
Since we are all working virtually and from home, do I get to meet the team?
We work closely as a team, supporting each other whenever necessary. So even though we all work from different places, you might get to “meet” team members as you share client projects, or as you provide vacation back up for each other….you’re never alone!
How Will I Be Assigned Clients Once Onboarded?
Once you join the team, Worldwide101 will suggest clients who are seeking assistance in your area of expertise. If you are interested in the position, you will get a chance to speak with the client and after that, choose whether or not you’d like to support them.
Is this a project or task-based position?
Worldwide101 seeks team members for the long-term, who can become an integral part of their client’s business and develop lasting relationships with them. As a company, we don’t accept short term projects from clients.
Will I work directly with my clients, or through Worldwide101?
When you begin working with a client, you will work directly and communicate directly with that client, but the team at Worldwide101 will be available as a resource for you should you need assistance or have questions.
