Stephanie: I love hearing successful business owner’s backgrounds and company stories, as well as getting to know each unique personality. I get to learn about each person’s business and needs, and then I get to offer solutions to their pain points, and business hurdles. This is not only rewarding, but a fun and interesting challenge. And then of course, after a client signs up, it is always so satisfying to hear how happy they are with their new team member and vice versa. Having worked with hundreds of successful business owners I love knowing I was a part of making that awesome working relationship happen!

Collette: There are 2 things that I love most about being on the CSA team. The first one is that I am constantly helping people and that really is something that I thrive on. Whether it be finding the solutions to a prospects problems by recommending one of our highly skilled team members to support their work or helping our team find great clients to work for that they will love. The other thing I appreciate so much is being part of such a great team – we have fun at what we do, we enjoy each other’s company, and we help each other succeed. I value that a lot.
